Nordyne, Inc. and Excellence Alliance, Inc. (EAI) announced on Tuesday that they have jointly developed a comprehensive business management program specifically for Maytag HVAC dealers. Through the customized program, Maytag HVAC dealers can reportedly access a number of resources ranging from sales and marketing training, to group purchase discounts to award programs for top performers. "We believe the dealers will find the EAI Premier Program valuable as they grow their businesses with Maytag HVAC," said Dennis Kloster, Nordyne vice president of Sales and Marketing, Residential and Light Commercial. "We've worked closely with EAI to customize a program that will meet their specific needs as Maytag HVAC premier dealers." EAI, a membership organization that provides independent HVAC contractors with business management tools, likewise feels the program will bring tremendous value to dealers' businesses. "Homeowners can expect their Maytag HVAC dealers to be the best in the field," said Jim Norris, COO of EAI. "We've designed this program to help these dealers meet and exceed their customers' expectations, to help them grow their businesses and be profitable." NORDYNE is one of only two HVAC manufacturers considered a strategic ally to the EAI group of companies. The alliance between the two organizations began in 2001.
