Vincent Leonard joined the executive committee of small home appliances maker Groupe SEB in March 2013 and he will become Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Finance, effective June 1.
SEB is based in France and market small appliances and cookware worldwide. Its appliance brand portfolio includes Krups, T-Fal, Regal, Supor, and others.
Leonard will succeed Jean-Pierre Lac, who will retire after holding the position for 12 years.
Leonard will report directly to Group SEB Chairman and CEO Thierry de La Tour d'Artaise.
Leonard graduated from ESSEC and began his career in 1985 at Arthur Andersen. He also worked for PepsiCo Group, holding finance positions in France, England, Hong Kong. He also worked in PepsiCo United States headquarters, where he was most recently SVP, Financial Planning & Analysis and CFO of the Global Procurement function.
