Wolf Gas Ranges Designed With Dual-Stacked Burners Feb 4, 2013

Premium cooking appliance maker Wolf Appliance launched a new line of gas ranges with dual-stacked burners, intended to provide consistent and precisely controlled heat via two tiers of flame ports. The appliances, which also feature an updated stainless steel design, will be offered at retail starting in March 2013.

The dual-stacked sealed burners range from 9,200 to 15,000 Btus and are equipped with simmer capabilities and automatic reignition. One burner on each range can be reduced down to 350 Btus - an ideal melt temperature. Cleanup is made easier through the use of one-piece construction of the sealed burner pans.

The ranges will be offered with gas convection ovens with infrared broilers and, on larger models (36-inch, 48-inch, and 60-inch), rangetop configurations that include infrared charbroiler or infrared griddle options. A French top option is available on the 60-inch.

Porcelain enameled, cast iron continuous burner grates are designed to provide even heating. Customizable control knobs are available in stainless steel, black, or signature Wolf red.

They are also equipped with Wolf's exclusive spring-and-damper door hinge system, designed for seamless oven door opening and closure.
