The Middleby Corporation (Elgin, IL) acquired Spooner Vicars Bakery Systems, a leading manufacturer of baking systems for the cookie and cracker industry. Spooner Vicars is headquartered in Merseyside, United Kingdom, and has annual revenue near $10 million.
