York International Corporation, manufacturer heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration solutions, on Thursday provided new segment information that corresponds to the Jan. 1, 2003 realignment of their operations.
The new organization will be reported in three Groups- - Global Applied, Unitary Products North America, and Bristol Compressors. The Global Applied business comprises three geographic regions: the Americas; Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA); and Asia.
The company also released a document that provides the quarterly and full year results for 2001 and 2002 presented in the format of the new organizational structure. Actual results in 2003 will be presented in the same manner. Back
