Chinese appliance and consumer electronics maker Hisense opened its first South African Customer Care Center in Mossel Bay.
The Customer Care Center is the first of this kind of overseas store for Hisense and is designed to meet customers' increasing needs of product consulting and services.
The sales center provides pre-sales consulting, sales promotions, and after-sales services. It also offers solutions for customers that would like to customize their home entertainment layout and install home appliances.
