Retro-style appliance maker Elmira Stove Works of Elmira, Canada, added a new French-Door refrigerator to its Northstar Collection.

The refrigerator was designed to complement the established Northstar Collection while adding an option for consumers desiring extra capacity for larger families and larger gatherings.

It is produced in two configurations: the full-depth Model 1958 (24.8 cubic foot, retailing at $5495) and the cabinet-depth Model 1959 (19.8 cubic feet, retails at $5595). Both models have frost-free operation, interior filtered water dispenser and ice maker, glide-out freezer baskets and pantry drawer, electronic controls, and Energy Star efficiency. They come in nine standard colors or can be custom-colored at the request of the customer.

Elmira strives to create the iconic look of '50s-style appliances with the modern amenities of contemporary appliances.
