Intertek, supplier of testing and certification services to the appliance manufacturing industry, added energy efficiency testing to its capabilities at its testing lab in Fairfield, NJ.

The laboratory can test to standards required for Energy Star in the United States, NRCan in Canada, and the California Energy Commission (CEC). Clients in New Jersey and the New York Metropolitan area can now achieve greater savings in time and cost by bundling energy efficiency testing with their existing safety and performance testing.
