An Oreck Holdings lot containing 126 U.S. granted patents is being sold at an auction bring conducted by ICAP Patent Brokerage this month. The portfolio of vacuum and floor cleaning patents will be included in the 16th ICAP Ocean Tomo IP Auction on July 26, 2012, at the Julia Morgan Ballroom in San Francisco.

"We see a continuing trend in great companies, who desire to have protection from the patent estate they have created over many years, yet desire to quickly monetize, without the operational distraction of licensing and litigation," said Dean Becker, CEO ICAP Patent Brokerage and ICAP Ocean Tomo auctions.
