Electrolux Professional Generates Excitement With London Cube Jun 1, 2012

The Cube by Electrolux, a traveling eating establishment in which a small seating of diners watch their meal prepared on Electrolux commercial appliances, has finished its recent stints in Brussels and Milan and is now operating in London. The Cube will be serving patrons from its setting on the roof of the Royal Festival Hall in London.

The high-profile, traveling restaurant is helping to promote Electrolux's professional appliances business. Electrolux has said its equipment is chosen by almost half of European Michelin star chefs.

The London stay has prompted an InStyle UK contest. Five pairs of tickets to lunch at The Cube will be awarded. Winners will get a champagne reception and a six-course lunch with wine, valued at 175 British pounds (about US$270) per diner.
