Ambrell, manufacturer of induction heating systems, is expanding its manufacturing facility to meet heightened demand from original equipment manufacturers.

Ambrell has installed more than 10,000 systems in more than 50 countries in its 25-year history. Induction heating systems are installed to provide heat for manufacturing applications that involve bonding or changing the properties of metals or other electrically conductive materials. The process relies on induced electrical currents within the material to produce heat. Applications include brazing, soldering, shrink fitting, annealing, hardening, hot forming, plastic reflow, cap sealing, and others.
