J. C. Penney named Laurie Beja Miller executive vice president, The Square. She will lead the retailer's efforts to execute its new center core strategy that will serve as a gathering place with ongoing attractions and services. Miller brings more than two decades of experience at retailers and brands that include Nike, Apple, and Disney.
