Paulson to Lead New Air-Conditioning Firm AmeriCool Feb 20, 2012

Air-conditioning industry veteran expert Mike Paulson joined the newly founded air-conditioning company AmeriCool Inc. AmeriCool, based in Long Beach, CA, was formed in 2011 to serve as the North American sales, marketing, and distribution arm for Korea-based Weltem Co.

AmeriCool intends to establish itself in North America initially in the portable air-conditioning market, then expand to offer a full line of air-conditioning products. Portable products range from 1 to 5 tons for large and small company solutions. The air-conditioners are designed to be ideal for "mission critical" applications, with rugged construction that make them useable in harsh industrial applications.

Paulson comes to the company with ten years of experience at MovinCool, where he served as division manager of both North and South America.
