Fagor America launched a new Energy Star slim line refrigerator, the Fagor Torre. The square design of the appliance allows for installation flush with surrounding cabinetry.
The Torre is equipped with an anti-bacterial cavity, with a coating of a sliver ion compound to prohibit the growth of bacteria and help to preserve food longer.
An LCD control panel allows the user to ensure that cooling is constant by managing.
"The addition of the Fagor Torre to our major appliance line helps us to present more units with a sleek European style and a focus on functionality and efficiency to the market" said Sara De La Hera, vice president of marketing and sales at Fagor America. The unit has a suggested retail price of $1999.00 for the stainless steel finish. A black finish unit will be offered starting in March 2012 for a suggested price of $1799.00.
