Algeria Award Goes to Appliance Maker Hisense Jan 6, 2012

Appliance and consumer electronics maker Hisense was one of nine Chinese companies to receive an Outstanding Contribution Award for Sino-Algeria Cooperation at an event at the Chinese embassy in Algeria. Mr. Abderrahmane Benhamadi, chairman of Algeria Condor, Hisense's partner in Algeria, received the Outstanding Individual Contribution Award.

China’s ambassador to Algeria, Mr. Yuhe Liu, presented Mr. Jiang Lei, sales manager of Hisense International, and Mr. Benhamadi their awards.

It was the first such Outstanding Contribution Award ceremony and was organized by the Chinese Embassy in Algeria, the Chinese Enterprises Association in Algeria, and the Sino-Algerian Friendship Association.
