Electrolux Names Letort Chief Purchasing Officer Nov 2, 2011

Gregoire Letort joined Electrolux (Stockholm) as Chief Purchasing Officer, succeeding Francois Van Caeyzeele, who left Electrolux to pursue other opportunities.

Letort, pictured, will lead an organizational transformation within Electrolux Purchasing, including developing strategic cross-functional processes to leverage Electrolux's global strength. He is also part of the Global Operations Major Appliances management team.

“Electrolux has a world-class purchasing team,” says Electrolux President and CEO Keith McLoughlin. “Under Greg’s leadership, Electrolux will continue unlocking synergies and optimizing global purchasing so that we meet our aggressive targets by 2015.”

Before joining Electrolux, Letort was in leadership roles in global purchasing positions in companies such as General Electric and Areva.
