The Manitowoc Company announced has received approval from the Court Meeting and General Meeting, required under UK law, to purchase Enodis, plc. Manitowoc continues to expect the transaction to close during 4Q 2008, following the completion of antitrust reviews by regulatory agencies in the U.S. and other jurisdictions.
