Outdoor power equipment maker Husqvarna said that President and CEO Magnus Yngen is taking a leave of absence for health reasons, effective today, and Hans Linnarson, executive vice president, head of sales Europe & Asia/Pacific, was appointed acting CEO and president. Linnarson will hold both positions.
"Hans has long experience from various management positions in product development, marketing and production as well as in sales within Electrolux since 1994 and from Husqvarna since 2004," said Husqvarna board Chairman Lars Westerberg.
