GE Home & Business Solutions named Jody Markopoulos president and CEO of GE Intelligent Platforms, a global provider of software, hardware, and services. Markopoulos will report to GE Home & Business Solutions President and CEO Charlene Begley. She succeeds Maryrose Sylvester, who was recently named president and CEO of GE Lighting.
GE Home & Business Solutions is an $8.6 billion business that includes Intelligent Platforms and Appliances & Lighting operating units.
