DOE Host Update at AHR Expo Jan 25, 2011

DOE staff will provide an update on upcoming energy conservation standard and test procedure rulemakings, including expected completion of Notice of Proposed Rulemakings and Final Rules. The update will happen at the AHR Expo, Jan. 31, 2011, from 3-4 PM at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Room N109.

The presentation will emphasize DOE's Compliance, Certification, and Enforcement rulemaking with key staff on hand to participate in an interactive discussion of the rulemaking and answer any questions relating to compliance, certification, and enforcement.

DOE attendees will include:
• John Cymbalsky, Supervisor for Appliance Standards and Test Procedure Analysis
• Ashley Armstrong, Appliance Standards Lead Engineer for Compliance, Certification, and Enforcement
• Laura Barhydt, Acting Assistant General Counsel for Enforcement
