A report from economist Tom Lawler and reported by CalculatedRisk illustrates an apparent inverse relationship between the percentage of people 24-34 who live with their parents and the rate of homes owned by those under 35.
CalculatedRisk said the report may indicate there may be built-up demand for housing. However, it notes that the demand may be for rental housing.
