Standex Foodservice Group acquired the Tri-Star Manufacturing Company based in Santa Ana, CA. Tri-Star brings an array of primary cooking equipment capabilities to the Standex Cooking Solutions Group, including a line of commercial ranges.
Tri-star also produces open pot fryers and other key traditional cooking accessories that Standex believes will fill out its cooking product line.
Other commercial foodservice equipment companies in the Standex Cooking Solutions Group include APW Wyott, Bakers Pride, BevLes, and BKI.
