Dassault Systèmes Opening New Americas Campus Sep 20, 2010

Dassault Systèmes, global provider of 3D and product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions, signed a long term lease for 320,000 sq ft of space for a new office, technology lab, and data center space Waltham, MA, U.S., near Boston. Dassault Systèmes said it was the largest lease transaction in the Greater Boston area so far this year. The company will open its new Americas corporate campus at this location.

The company's software brands include CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA, SIMULA, SOLIDWORKS, 3DVIA, and EXALEAD. The company said it has outgrown existing facilities in Concord and Lowell, MA, and will move its combined workforce (800 employees initially) into the new facility in mid-2011.
