Appliance Store Sales Flat in July Aug 24, 2010

The U.S. Census Bureau reported that adjusted Electronics & Appliance Store sales in July 2010 $8.711 billion, virtually unchanged from $8.716 billion in June 2010 but significantly higher than July 2009's $8.065 billion.

These advance monthly sales are adjusted for seasonal variation and holiday and trading-day differences, but not for price changes.
