June U.S. manufacturing technology consumption totaled $241.47 million, according to AMT - The Association For Manufacturing Technology and AMTDA, the American Machine Tool Distributors’ Association. This total was up 35.8% from May 2010 and up 71.1% from the $141.12 million reported for June 2009. With a year-to-date total of $1,207.60 million, 2010 is up 56.1% compared to 2009.
The numbers and all data in this report are based on the totals of actual data reported by companies participating in the USMTC program.
