Luxury appliance brand Thermador introduced the 48-in Pro Harmony All Gas Range, adding an all-gas option to its line of counter-depth cooking appliances.

The new model offers familiar Thermador brand exclusives designed for culinary enthusiasts, including the 18,000 BTU/hr Superior Star Burners, engineered to provide the industry's fastest boil time.

Two ExtraLow burners electronically cycle the flame on and off at 375 BTU/hr for precise simmering. The burners low temperature is engineered to be capable of simmering a delicate sauce at 100° all day without scorching.
