Gorenje's Bobinac Elected to CECED Steering Committee Jul 12, 2010

Franjo Bobinac, president and CEO of Slovenian appliance maker Gorenje, was elected to the steering committee of the European Committee of the Domestic Equipment Manufacturers (CECED) at CECED's General Assembly Meeting.

The Steering Committee is composed of eight representatives of the biggest companies producing large home appliances and two from companies producing small appliances.

Gorenje exports 90% of its production and sells home appliances in 70 countries. It had 2009 sales revenue of €1.2 billion.
