Appliance and consumer electronics retailer hhgregg is opening 10 stores in the Washington D.C. area in the fall of 2010. The retailer opened 21 new stores in its 2010 fiscal year, which ended March 31, 2010, and plans to open 40-45 stores in Fiscal 2011.
