Seals and molded products supplier Trostel Ltd. acquired some product lines, intellectual property and related equipment from Chicago-Allis Manufacturing Corp., which makes sealing products for the appliance industry and other markets.
Trostel President and CEO Matthew O’Sullivan said the acquisition allows the supplier to extend its mechanical face seal and rubber molded products capabilities.
“The Chicago-Allis product offerings and markets will combine well with Trostel’s capabilities and create an opportunity for our organization to provide a higher level of customer service and technical support,” stated O’Sullivan.
