American Nickeloid Company has completed their upgrade on a precision levelling and sheeting line. The installation doubles machine capacity for customers requiring tighter tolerances.
The decorative metals supplier offers a wide range of options, including gauges from .008 to .107, widths from 1 to 60 inches, and lengths from 6 to 144 inches, as well as the following products in coil or levelled sheets and blanks:
• Plated – Copper, Brass, Nickel & Chrome Plated
• Polished – Aluminum or Brass based alloys with bright, satin, or antique
finishes
• Laminated (Laminol) - Variety of substrates with unlimited finishes in solid colors, printed patterns, wood grains, smooth or textured, one side or two
• Specialty Coated Products (Kotenol) – Specializing in high gloss aesthetic finishes with multiple oven configurations and up to four coatings per side
