LG Launches 1GHz Smartphone Dec 1, 2009

LG Electronics announced the LG eXpo that reportedly features the first 1 GHz processor in the United States. The Smartphone also supports an optional integrated pico projector that snaps onto the back of the device and allows users to share presentations, slideshows, and online videos straight from their mobile phone. The mobile projector weighs only 1.8 ounces and is small enough to fit into the palm of a hand.

The phone also eliminates the need for pin codes and passwords with a "Smart Sensor" fingerprint recognition from AuthenTec.
