Hill PHOENIX Inc., a Dover Company announced it has acquired Barker Company Ltd. and its ister company, Barker Sales and Service Inc.
Barker Company, based in Keosauqua, IA, U.S., is a designer and manufacturer of specialty merchandisers for supermarkets, convenience stores, and food service locations.
The Barker organization, including its leadership team, will become part of the Hill PHOENIX Specialty Products Division.
