Hubbell Electric Heater Co. acquired Vaughn Thermal Corporation and its subsidiary, Vaughn Manufacturing. Hubbell’s acquisition of Vaughn expands both companies’ product lines and enables new growth opportunities. Hubbell will continue to develop and improve Vaughn’s manufacturing,
marketing, sales, and post sales support systems while making sure that both company brands are
kept intact and independent of each other.

The acquisition will be a seamless transaction keeping staff, sales, and manufacturing locations
for both companies intact.
