Steve Stalnaker, manager of Trane Rental Services, will present a session on "Cooling Contingency Planning: Preparing for Catastrophic Failure and Business Continuity" at the 2008 Facility Decisions Conference & Expo. The conference will explore the latest trends related to the
management, operations, maintenance, design and construction of non-residential buildings.
Stalnaker will explain the importance of creating a cooling contingency plan and outline a step-by-step process for evaluating, establishing and executing a contingency plan. He will also discuss the tools and forms for creating a successful plan and provide real-world examples to illustrate
the process and its effectiveness.
Stalnaker has managed Trane's Rental Services business since 1999. During his tenure at Trane, Stalnaker and his team have performed more than 5000 projects for temporary cooling, heating, power and dehumidification in commercial buildings in a variety of industries including data
processing, bio-tech, education, healthcare, and others.
