Fagor America introduced a new ventilation hood, a 36-inch Black Crystal Decorative Hood with a contemporary look that can be mistaken for a piece of art. It also has a 600cfm blower system and it operates at 63 dba. It also includes three halogen lights with dichroic glass filters, anodized aluminum filters to remove steam and grease from the air as it is drawn through the hood, and remote control operation.
