Maxitrol Names Bargert VP Sep 9, 2009

Richard Bargert was named vice president of marketing and communications for Maxitrol Company and Mertik Maxitrol GmbH & Co. KG, suppliers of gas control components.

“He was named director of global marketing in 2003, taking over the responsibility for all marketing activities for Maxitrol and Thale, German-based affiliate Mertik Maxitrol," said Maxitrol Company Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Larry Koskela. "In his new position, Rick will take on additional responsibilities as an officer of the company.”

Bargert will report directly to Mr. Koskela.

Southfield, Michigan-based Maxitrol Company (www.maxitrol.com) and its affiliate Mertik Maxitrol (Thale, Germany; www.mertikmaxitrol.com) design and manufacture gas pressure regulators, electronic gas modulation systems, gas filters, and gas safety devices.
