Heraeus Sensor Technology GmbH (HST) has acquired DWM & Associates, Inc. (DWM), its former exclusive U.S. & Canadian distributor and representative since December 2002. DWM will now be known as Heraeus Sensor Technology USA and continue to act as the company’s U.S. sales and marketing operation.
Heraeus Sensor Technology USA will be headed by Dave Molnar, founder and president of DWM, and located at the former DWM office in North Brunswick, NJ.
