Nokia said it has completed the acquisition of cellity's assets, which was initially announced on July 24, 2008. Before the acquisition, cellity offered a solution to collect and securely store users' contacts in one place, with the service providing an easy way to connect people on the mobile and the web. Nokia sai that the cellity team will strengthen its competencies in the area of social networking.
