Dacor introduced the new Epicure 36-inch gas range that has an interior capacity of 5.4 cubic feet, with enough room to fit a full sized commercial cake sheet. The new range also features Illumina Control Knobs that operate each of the burners as well as the oven. The range has four cooking modes – Convection Bake, Convection Broil, Bake and Broil and a hidden stainless steel bake element, rated at 30,000 BTU.
The range also includes the flexibility to store the griddle and searing grill away when not in use keeps the cooking surface free and clear of clutter.
