Sub-Zero and Wolf Introduce Green Kitchen Course

Sub-Zero and Wolf announced the addition of a "Green Kitchen" course that focuses on topics related to designing a green kitchen. Some of the main concepts include: Net-Zero energy and the need for energy from renewable resources, an overview of the green residence, design details that make refrigerator, cooking and exhaust systems more or less efficient, and the problem of negative air pressure.

The course is certified by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and once completed, provide members with .1 Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credit.
