Carrier Corp. unveiled its new AquaForce 30XW heat recovery chiller at its latest factory "Green Done Easy" customer event.
The company said that by combining the AquaForce 30XW heat recovery chiller with Evergreen 23XRV chillers, boiler and chiller energy can be reduced in some applications. Both products exceed ASHRAE 90.1 standards.
The AquaForce chiller also includes two independent refrigerant circuits, each with a semi-hermetic twin screw compressor that provides redundancy and increased part load efficiency. IT also uses HFC-134a refrigerant.
