AMT Elects President May 6, 2009

The Association For Manufacturing Technology (AMT) elected Douglas K. Woods as AMT President. Previously, Woods was president of Parlec, Inc., a company that specializes in tooling, workholding and presetting solutions, where he was president. He was also was president of Parlec International. Woods was a member of AMT’s Board of Directors from 2000-2008 and was its chairman in 2005-2006. He was also chairman of the committee for AMT’s Custom Automated Systems Group.
