Scotsman Ice Systems named Jim Weaks as vice president Sales & Marketing. He will have responsibility for sales, marketing and service support for the Scotsman brand in the North, Central, and South America.
He has more than 30 years of experience in the foodservice industry. He has recently served as president of Enodis USA, and prior to that, he held various management positions in sales and marketing at Scotsman, Hamilton Beach/Procter Silex, and Hobart Corp.
