Electrolux to Lay Off 129 More Mar 25, 2009

Elecrolux company officials announced that 129 workers from the Webster City, IA, U.S. laundry plant will be laid off effective March 30.

"This is due to continued weak industry demand and the transition of front-load laundry products from the plant," said Electrolux spokesman Tony Evans. "These employees are scheduled to recall as business conditions warrant."
