LG Receives Design Awards Mar 17, 2009

LG Electronics (LG) received a total of 14 design awards from the red dot and iF (International Forum) design award competitions.

LG was awarded the 2009 red dot award for product design in seven categories, including "Best of the Best" for its Bluetooth speaker (MSB-200). Other LG products recognized include the Secret phone (KF750), 3G Watch phone (GD910), Universe washer/dryer pair with square doors (F1314FDS2/RV1308BS), microwave oven with wide transparent screen (UD A2), the aluminum body air-conditioner (AS-W126BMSO), and DVD player (DV4S).

LG also received Germany’s iF design award in seven categories for its 8MP touchscreen Renoir phone (KC910), plasma TVs (PS80 and PS70), and four-door French-door refrigerator (LMX25981).
