John Deere launched the 220 E-Cut Hybrid Walk Greens commercial mower. The mower offers an independent cutting unit attached to the mower’s traction drive system that reportedly improves cutting appearance, thanks to its steering capability. The feature, says the company, also results in less turf stress from clean-up passes. In addition, a ball joint yoke design and electric drive motor means that the cutting unit does not require a mechanical drive link. The new mower will be available this summer.
