Intel 4Q Profit Falls 90% Jan 16, 2009

Intel Corp.'s 4Q profit fell 90%, while sales fell 23%. Intel's sales were US$8.2 billion. For all of 2008, Intel earned $5.3 billion, 24% lower than a year ago, on sales of $37.6 billion, a 2% decline.
