LG Electronics released a smartphone in the United States that operates on Microsoft's operating system. The LG-CT810, nicknamed Incite, has a 3-inch full-touch display, runs on Windows Mobile 6.1, and supports many PC-quality multimedia functionalities, such as Internet connectivity and music player and document-editing functions. It sells for US$199.99.
