Fisher & Paykel Appliances named Richard Bowe general manager for UK and Europe. Bowe will continue the development of Fisher & Paykel in Europe with local distributors in Scandinavia, France, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Greece, Cyprus, Lebanon, Israel, and Switzerland. A new distributor will also be appointed for Spain in the near future.
The company also named Katie Trott personal assistant to Bowe, and Rakesh Tiwari Operations Manager for UK and Europe. Tommaso Vagliano, technical manager Europe, and Heidi Janssen, marketing coordinator Europe, remain based at the company's office in Italy and will continue with technical and marketing support, respectively.
