Dacor introduced the Epicure 30" gas range in a freestanding model with a six-inch backguard or a flexible island design.
SimmerSear burners on the range deliver professional-level accuracy over a wide range of cooking temperatures to simmer, sear, or saute. A multiple sealed burner configurations allow cooks to prepare different foods, at different BTUs, and in various sized pots and pans, at the same time.
Two 14" continuous platform grates make maneuvering pots and pans around the burners easy and provide a spacious cooking surface to fit oversized cookware.
The range also has four cooking modes -- Convection Bake, Convection Broil, Bake, and Broil.
It is available this month.
